Step 2 Vehicle Search
Once you pay our Import Service fee the search begins. Using our trusted network of auction houses, dealers, and private sellers across Japan, we locate the best options that meet your criteria. You will receive detailed listings, photos, videos, auction sheets, and expert recommendations.
Step 3 Inspection & Translation
When a suitable vehicle is found, our agents on the ground inspect it and provide condition reports, verified auction translations, photos and videos so you know exactly what you are getting before any commitment.
Step 4 Secure Purchase
Once you pay our Secure Auction Bond Deposit, we bid or negotiate on your behalf. Handle payment securely and manage the purchase process.
Step 5 Export & Shipping
After purchase, the vehicle is transported to the port, professionally cleaned, and prepared for export. We organise international shipping and all necessary documentation.
Step 6 Customs & Compliance
Upon arrival in Australia, we manage customs clearance, import permits, GST payments, and arrange any necessary compliance modifications (ADR if applicable). Our team ensures your car meets all Australian road standards.
Step 7 Registration & Delivery
We assist with registration paperwork and local delivery. Whether it is dropped to your door or your trusted mechanic, the car arrives ready for the next chapter of its journey, in your hands.
